About the author
Montgomery Van Wart is Professor of Public Administration at California State University, San Bernardino. He has been a distinguished visiting professor at numerous universities around the world. Some of his other books include

Pamela S. Medina is Assistant Professor of Public Administration at California State University, San Bernardino. She is an accomplished nonprofit management and public administration scholar and has published articles in
