Roger Undy was a British industrial relations scholar and academic. Valerie Ellis was Research Associate at the Oxford Centre for Management Studies. W. E. J. McCarthy was a British Labour politician and fellow of Nuffield College, Oxford. A. M. Halmos is Visiting Professor in the Policy Institute at King's College, London.
