About the author
Erika Darics is a scholar working at the intersection of applied linguistics, (computer-mediated) discourse analysis, and business communication. She is the co-author of the widely adopted book Language in Business, Language at Work (2018), co-hosts the Words and Actions podcast, and currently serves as the Second Vice President of the Association for Business Communication.
