About the author

Eugene Sadler-Smith is Professor of Organizational Behaviour at Surrey Business School, University of Surrey. His research interests are in intuition in decision-making and hubris in leadership. His previous books include The Intuitive Mind (Wiley, 2010), Hubristic Leadership (SAGE, 2019), and Human Resource Development: From Theory into Practice (SAGE, 2022).
