A commentary on a ruling is a scholarly analysis designed to overturn or confirm the validity of a court decision, whether final or not. In this way, doctrine and jurisprudence rub shoulders and follow one another. This osmosis between these two auxiliary sources of international law is not only an inescapable reality, but also a beneficial complementarity for justice.In this book, I am pleased and honored to offer the experience of a member of the legal profession, which I am, with the case law of the Court of Justice of the European Union. Ex ante, in the context of commentaries on two judgments of the General Court of the European Union, and ex post, in the context of a commentary on a judgment of the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU).An experience awaiting its culmination via the imminent judgments of the CJEU on, among other things, the appeal against the judgment of September 29, 2021.
