About the author
Kasper Spiro is the Co-founder and Chief Learning Strategist at Easygenerator. He has been involved in e-learning and content development for over two decades. Aiming to improve the e-learning creation process, he developed the Employee-generated Learning (EGL) approach in 2013. Since then, he and Easygenerator have guided thousands of companies to adopt EGL, including Danone, Astra Zeneca, and DHL Group. Kasper is also an international speaker, podcast host, blogger, and L&D author.Videhi Bhamidi is the Director of Research at Easygenerator. An Oxford University alumna, she has Dual Master's degrees in Education and HR Management, specializing in social, mobile, and blended learning methods. She has worked with diverse L&D teams worldwide, and now leads the e-learning product research studies that help shape Easygenerator. Since 2016, Videhi's extensive theoretical knowledge and research have been instrumental in developing and improving the Employee-generated Learning model.
