Adrian K.P. Lim, MD, FRCP, FRCR is a Professor and Consultant Radiologist at Imperial College London and Healthcare NHS Trust, and Chief of Ultrasound at Charing Cross Hospital, London. Matteo Rosselli, MD, PhD, FRCP is a Consultant Physician in Internal Medicine at San Giuseppe Hospital in Italy and an Honorary Associate Professor at the Institute for Liver and Digestive Health, University College London, Royal Free Hospital, London.
