The teacher as manager and the quality of educational processes - Descriptive correlational study

It is imperative to raise the quality of educational processes through educational management, in which communication, organization, leadership, motivation, pedagogical mastery, strategy management, supervision and evaluation of achievements play a very important role in order to obtain better learning. To this end, teachers must assume a greater commitment since they are the pillars of the educational system, employing pertinent management techniques and strategies in the school that make it possible to satisfy the educational demands that society needs and raise the quality of education in the classroom.
