The approach proposed in this book is not to stir up a relentless struggle of dissatisfied and angry women against the patriarchal system in the midst of a rough sea, but to swim against the tide to clear the ground and delve deeper into the inequality between women and men in the workplace. It aims to seek answers in pursuit of equal rights and opportunities, based on knowledge, knowledge and reflection. And to be encouraged to question the status quo in order to dare to shuffle and give again, if necessary, and to start the process of deconstructing beliefs, concepts and traditional ways of thinking ourselves, in order to generate new subjectivities and other forms of organisation, building a more solid and realistic structure. We have already learned that the relationship between master and slave - dominant/dominant - is one of mutual dependence, and we have acquired the tools to understand and overcome so many other obstacles. Gone are the days when women were considered the weaker sex. Therefore, the proposal is to outline a feminist culture that brings value to a new mode of social and economic organisation.
