Throughout, we've avoided any theoretical developments or academic considerations.On the contrary, this vade mecum on subcontracting in Congolese law is resolutely practical, and is intended to facilitate reading and understanding by presenting in an orderly fashion the elements of a new and complex set of regulations, which are sometimes poorly understood because they are scattered among various official publications.All these texts have been classified, coordinated and presented in an order that takes account not only of the layout of the law laying down the rules applicable to subcontracting, but also of the practical necessities arising from its various implementing measures.
