About the author
Kris Cole has held significant management and human resources positions in the engineering, oil, food and education industries. She has created and led management training programs and helped organisations in all sectors in Australia, New Zealand and South-East Asia to improve their workplace effectiveness, performance and productivity.Jill Noble is an experienced facilitator, author, coach and trainer with over 20 years of international experience in HR, business and in consulting. Her primary focus is personal, professional and career development with new managers, team leaders and leadership groups. Jill has worked with a diverse range of teams and organisations including CAE, Box Hill TAFE, Holmesglen TAFE, Swinburne Professional, City of Greater Bendigo, City of Wellington, Toyota Boshoku, Melbourne Airport, and Melbourne Water. Jill is a keynote speaker and published author of three books which were written for audiences in South Africa, Germany, Sweden and the UK. Jill has also developed content, assessments and facilitated VET qualifications including the Cert IV in Training and Assessment and Cert IV in Career Development and is a currently VET assessor for Swinburne Professional.Tim Rule is currently an instructional designer at Swinburne Online, and has previously written learner guides and assessments for RTOs in diverse qualifications. His specialist teaching areas in the VET sector include Business, Business Administration and Management.Kim Slingo has led teams successfully in office and retail environments before transitioning her leadership and management experience to the vocational education & training sector, applying her leadership experience and innovative mindset to create and deliver bespoke training solutions to assist individuals and organisations reach their full potential.Billy Worth has worked in business management and ownership globally in a number of industries, including entertainment, hospitality, film-making and tertiary education. He has created learning and assessment resources and end-to-end training solutions for the Australian Tertiary sector for the past fifteen years, and his qualifications are in Hospitality Management, Retail Management, Leadership and Management, Training and Assessment, and Training Design and Development.
