Adriana was born, and grew up in Sydney (in the year that won't be revealed). She joined Westpac bank and spent a good part of her career in the banking industry. She holds a Diploma in Modern Languages (Japanese), a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Italian and Japanese and a Diploma in Library Studies and Information. She wrote this book to share her experiences gained during these travels, and did her writing during these journeys and at
her home in Sydney, transporting readers to lush and untamed lands of this ancient continent, and bringing the lifestyle of warm and fascinating people to these stories. She continues to travel by long-distance trains whenever time permits - and it usually does.

Adriana, a lifelong traveler and passionate train trekker, was born and raised in Sydney. With a career rooted in the banking industry, she later pursued her love for languages and learning, earning a Diploma in Modern Languages (Japanese), a Bachelor of Arts in Italian and Japanese, and a Diploma in Library and Information Studies.Her adventures across Australia's vast landscapes inspired The Adventures of a Train Trekker, a book written both during her journeys and in the comfort of her Sydney home. Through her vivid storytelling, she transports readers to the lush, untamed beauty of the continent, capturing the spirit of its landscapes and the warmth of its people.Whenever time permits-and it often does-Adriana continues to explore the world by long-distance train, embracing the adventure, history, and romance of the rails.
