This study is a business plan for opening a women's footwear and accessories franchise in João Pessoa-PB. The company's aim is to provide the female public with elegance, comfort and well-being, in a way that meets the needs of its clientele. To this end, strategic planning was carried out with the company's mission, vision, values, business, strategic positioning, objectives and targets. During the course of the study, the main competitors were presented, a Swot analysis was carried out, Porter's five forces were listed and the Balanced Scorecard was analysed. Finally, budget planning and an economic and financial analysis were carried out. The results showed that it was feasible to open M&D Calçados, as it exceeded investors' expectations and was projected to be highly profitable. As such, this book is aimed at those who intend to open a shoe shop, as well as those who are looking to visualise strategic planning management tools in practice.
