Heute geht sie über die Gemeinschaftssphäre hinaus und tendiert zur Multidisziplinarität. Trained as a lawyer (Master's degree in criminal law and criminal sciences; Master's degree in economic law), the author is a graduate of the Prytanée Militaire de Niamey military academy.
