About the author

Chumakov Sergey Anatolyevich was born in 1977, in the Republic of Kazakhstan.In 2004 he graduated from the Medical Academy in 2008 he defended his thesis, working at the Department of Neurology and Psychiatry of the South Kazakhstan Medical Academy.
