A Playbook using NFL Football and martial arts to motivate the reader to "Find their Butkus" - their true purpose. Mueller uses six football plays in the first part of the book. He combines them with life stories and lessons to encourage the reader to look with themselves to find what motivates them. In the second half of the book he tells an incredible story that led him on the journey of a life time to rediscover his true passions. Along the way he rubbed elbows with his heroes and many people who influenced generations of sports and art fans.

TO BE AN ARTIST IS TO BELIEVE IN LIFE Bob Mueller's Wild Mind for Art began as a child of the 1960s. Mueller, a life long fan of the NFL, Dick Butkus and art, has also had an interesting and varied career. As a carpenter/builder he built hundreds of homes during the 1970's - then, he took his martial arts hobby and began a 30-year career as a professional Karate teacher, opening up Karate Centers across Canada and teaching over 10,000 students. With success in multiple fields his passions returned to art where his new adventure saw him rediscover his boyhood hero Dick Butkus and write a story about his journey. His "Finding Your Butkus" story won the 2008 Emmy Award for outstanding feature.
