Gina Scutelnicu Todoran is Professor of Public Administration at Pace University, USA. She serves as Associate Editor for Public Integrity and is chair of the Northeastern Conference of Public Administration. She has served as department chair and MPA program director at Pace University and was previously a faculty member at Jackson State University, USA. Her research has appeared in journals such as the Journal of Public Affairs Education, Public Integrity, Public Administration Review, and Teaching Public Administration.
