The Stories for My Grandchildren

KRESIMIR BANOVAC is a retired professor of medicine. He was born in Croatia and moved with his family to Miami, Florida, in 1982. These days, he and his wife live in Falmouth, Maine, where he plays golf and enjoys writing for his grandchildren. One of his favorite topics is Greek mythology-stories that his grandchildren liked to hear and read again and again. This book starts with some of these tales and goes on to describe famous historical events, important individuals, and geographical phenomena.
