This book was written by civil servants from the state of Minas Gerais, who graduated in Public Administration from the João Pinheiro Foundation's Professor Paulo Neves de Carvalho School of Government. The purpose of this book is to gather experiences, knowledge and curiosities about public management and pass them on to readers who are sympathetic to the subject.
