The first chapter deals with the importance of NGOs in Ecuador, their generalities, i.e. social development organizations and the challenges they face. It also presents the national and international NGOs in Ecuador, their historical background, geographical coverage, project development by sector and financial information. The second chapter refers to the Organizational Institutional Analysis of the Children International Foundation of Ecuador. It analyzes its environment, technological and economic environment and those involved in the organization. It then discusses its activity, capacity and performance of the organization. The third chapter contains the concepts of the Small and Medium Enterprise, i.e. its diagnosis of the MSME, in terms of employment, target market, human resources, available technology, competitive situation and business management. The fourth chapter presents The Program begins with a diagnosis of the Development Agencies in the Metropolitan District of Quito, meetings with several non-governmental organizations and its pedagogical proposal and methodology.
