About the author

Jörg Middendorf is M.Sc. in Psychology  and founder of the BCO, association for Business Coaching and Organizational Consulting near Cologne, Germany. He is Master Certified Coach (ICF) and editor of the longest running study on the German coaching market. For more than 20 years he has been working as Solution Focused Business Coach for international companies.
