This book contains definitions on psychosocial risk factors, occupational stress and relative risk in workers of petroleum derivative service stations of the Energy Gas Company. The general objective was to evaluate the relationship of Psychosocial Risk Factors with Job Stress in a population of 180 workers who perform different jobs in the service stations. The Sociodemographic Survey; the Psychosocial Factors at Work Instrument 2004 (Adapted); and, the Stress Evaluation Questionnaire-Third Version of the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana of Bogota were applied. The main statistical results are attached for a better understanding.
