The music video as an artistic manifesto goes hand in hand with the aesthetic and technological evolution of cinema: an impure art that, throughout its history, has inspired and helped produce other audiovisual genres, including the music video - the object of study of this research. In this approach, we intend to analyze the production of meaning in the recent trajectory of the music video, based on the reflections proposed by authors such as Ariane Holzbach, Arlindo Machado, Janotti Jr and Thiago Soares, in the search for elements of confluence between audiovisual languages in digital culture. From The Beatles' A Hard Day's Night to Tiago Iorc's Reconstruction, the aim is to understand the complexity of the music video based on cinematographic and audiovisual language in post-modern society.
