Internationally mobile scientists are exposed to other researchers with different skills and are probably also exposed to resources they haven't had access to before. This can increase their research capacity and increase their intellectual capital. This study postulates that, in a similar way, academics on the move will be able to have the same experiences as scientists and contribute knowledge on their return to their country of origin, both in the academic environment and in the workplace.

PhD in Production Engineering (UTFPR / UTC - Sorbonne Universités; Master in Production Engineering (UTFPR); Specialist in Industrial Management (CEFET); Bachelor in Business Administration (UEM). She is currently a Professor in the Undergraduate and Graduate Programme in Production Engineering at UTFPR. She proposed and developed the Methodi Ordinatio.
