Any problem that affects a society ancestrally, fully justifies its study in depth. Thus, it is to consider that this phenomenon identified as "corruption", which has taken great strength and has grown enormously in our country and other societies, is an evil, a vice that since time immemorial has undermined and destroyed society, culture and values. Unfortunately, "corruption" has found a medium, which as a breeding ground has been strengthened at all levels and strata of life in Mexican society, consequently, in all evolutionary stages of the subject. The incapacity of the subject himself and of the institutions to control and subdue this phenomenon is notable and manifest, because it is found in almost every activity and in a great part of the actions and evolutionary stages of the subjects.
