The research addresses the issue of the view of the human being as a participating subject in the processes of internationalization in higher education in Colombia, whose situation leads to determine some elements that make visible the ways in which the educational policy addresses and develops the issue, more as a vision of impact that little works the transformation of the human being and that is located in measurements and indicators, but that does not allow to evidence a background scenario in which human beings internalize and become visible as humanized beings that from some cultural praxis that seek the constituent transformation of their self, of the others and of their environment. All this through the understanding of the situations that are manifested in this sense; addressing the dehumanization that reflects and raising a proposal for the transformation of practices and praxis of internationalization in higher education, from a pedagogical anthropological vision.
