The informality of communication tools causes weaknesses and ruptures in the relationships between subordinates and managers. It is also the cause of the low effectiveness of internal communication in the company. The prognosis if the problem is not solved is that the messages become rumors, are misinterpreted and do not reach their addressee, with the expected feedback.
