The planet Earth composes of diverse continents and populations has to be interconnected. Interconnectedness is solely possible with a continued partnership. The viability of this cooperation will be plausible inasmuch as media is the centre. Media as means of mass communication dated back from the XIXth century. The main purpose of media consists in educating, informing and entertaining world populations. Its usefulness facilitates the sharing of information without a transporting medium. In this view, media favors telegraphs, visual images on TV, produces reports and general information in newspapers. In the 1990s, media was rendered possible with the internet thanks to technological innovations. Social media are riding a boom and seem to compete with the traditional media. Among the contemporary media, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok are considered number one. Yet, traditional media which from its original form promoted authentic information tends to be considered today an easy access tool of manipulation and defamation in the area of international peace, justice, security and socio-cultural awareness.
