A wonderfully imaginative picture book that introduces young readers to the artist Vincent Van Gogh and some of his most famous paintings.

About the author

Grace Helmer is a Brighton-born, London-based illustrator.

She uses strong brush strokes to create her rich, ethereal oil illustrations. The expressive colour progressions in her paintings give the work a delicate, transient presence.

Grace graduated from the Camberwell College of Art in 2012 and is part of the illustration studio collective Day Job.

Some of her clients include: Apple, Google, HarvardX, The Washington Post, Vogue (US), Marie Claire (France), Octopus Books, and The Independent (UK).
