In the current era, work stress has become one of the most common and highly relevant diseases for the health of people, companies and society in general. This non-experimental quantitative research, with a cross-sectional methodological design and correlational level, seeks to identify the perception of the employees of a logistics company (Blu Logistics) regarding the meaning they give to their daily work and the strategies (noological resources) that they have to face the adversities that arise in their daily work performance, In this way, the causes that generate stress in the analyzed employees and, at the same time, the consequences that this situation generates in the internal processes of the company, in the health of the people and in their environment, besides proposing the different existing coping strategies to counteract this delicate disease and, in turn, contribute to improve the quality of life of the employees.
