Prior to teaching, Professor Winer practiced international business law with private law firms in New York City, Paris, and Athens. He holds a J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School. Mary Ann E. Archer is the Associate Director for Public Services of the Warren E. Burger Law Library at the William Mitchell College of Law.
