The object of study of the present research will cover the validity of the employment contract on the part of the immigrant worker, bearing in mind that Spain is a country with a large volume of migratory flow from which it must, therefore, take certain measures; at the same time, the background and vicissitudes that the courts have dealt with regarding the rights of irregular immigrant workers in Spain and the recognition of their rights by the Social Security in recent years will be set out.
