This piano sonata by Schubert develops many creative techniques and musical ideas of Ludwig van Beethoven. The tender and delicate mood symbolizes Schubert's inner emotional world. At the same time, this work is characterized by its uniqueness. With the unique characteristics of his music, Schubert played an important role in the early period of Romanticism. The musical analysis of each movement begins with a clear tabular overview of the exact structure, including keys, time signatures, sections, and forms. This is followed by an in-depth interpretation of each section with illustration of the scores. Dynamics and tempo markings are discussed and how they affect the atmosphere of each movement differently.By ingeniously arranging each movement, Schubert made it easier for the listener to see deeper into his inner world. This piano sonata is a particularly lyrical and moving work.
