A mysterious letter containing ominous hints and strange silver charms of a howling wolf and a malevolent fairy leads Tig and Elsa deep into Grimhart Hollow, an enchanted ancient forest of powerful secrets and creatures unknown. They must stray far from the forest path to uncover the mystery of their grandfather''s disappearance, seek out the First Creature and outwit those who wish them harm. But bad power will never be good, even in good hands. Can Tig resist the lure of the ice wolf or will his newfound courage become his destruction?
