The main objectives of this academic paper are to understand the relationship between quality of life at work and the satisfaction of the lawyers at the Sperotto Advogados Associados law firm, which kindly opened its doors so that the author could fulfil his objectives of understanding the relationships mentioned above, which will be detailed in this article. In order for the article to be completed, theoretical bases were used from different authors, who collaborated with the author's ideas and ideals, which affirm human, personal and interpersonal relationships within the most different organisations.
