A disappointing first kiss, a dog with misdirected sexual energy and a book published in 1691 all feature in this collection of stories and poems. With intimacy and humour, Ian Bild touches on family and working life in, amongst other places, London, Bristol and Worpswede in north Germany where he now lives. His experiences in publishing, bookdealing and the media have provided much material for his writing.
