Sotvoldieva Mohinur est étudiante en première année de master à l'université d'État d'Andijan, département de folklore et de dialectologie. Elle est née le 24 janvier 1997 dans la ville d'Andijan et est de nationalité ouzbèke. En 2019, elle a obtenu son diplôme de la faculté de journalisme international de l'UzSWLU.
