The availability of water, government policies for Talegaon area, proximity to the Mumbai Pune express way, at a distance 20 km from proposed International airport and ready market of Pune and Mumbai there is tremendous increase in population and increase in traffic density of various types of vehicles e.g. motorcycles, LMV, heavy vehicles, multi-axle vehicles in and around Talegaon. In last 10 years' results gave average 15 serious accidents and an average 5 human being loss per year in Talegaon Dabhade as per police record.In this project, I am trying to propose solution for traffic congestion in Talegaon Dabhade city, Chakan Road, Tal.-Maval, Dist.-Pune, which is located in vicinity of Pune-Mumbai expressway, old Mumbai-Bangalore National Highway (NH-04), on state Highway fifty-five, MIDC, Talegaon, Floriculture park, Schools, colleges, polytechnic, engineering college, Govt. general hospital, medical college, MIDC Chakan, MIDC Mahalunge, railway station and proposed Greenfield cargo airport etc.
