This book is the fruit of my practice as an educator in Brazil, more precisely on the outskirts of São Paulo. I started teaching in 1990, first in the north-east of Brazil, then due to unforeseeable circumstances and force majeure I settled in São Paulo in search of new academic horizons, as well as to develop ongoing research into cognition, how learning takes place in an epistemological way in these children from the periphery, especially those who suffer from psychic, psychological, neurological and similar dysfunctions. In this case, I went in search of those with ADD, hyperactivity or impulsivity, or not. To do this, I combined praxis with a specific bibliography that gave me full support.
