Beth Anne Keates is an industrious, dedicated and passionate volunteer for the West Chester Railroad, with the encouragement of her father Donald P. Van Krieken Sr., has had a lifelong interest in rail transportation. Her husband Brian and sons Andrew and Jacob also share that interest.
