The book Semilleros de Investigación: Fundamentos de la Formación Profesional Integral presents the basic principles of research in the research seedlings of the Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje SENA and provides the research leaders of each area of knowledge (science or technique) with essential elements from the institutional context and the systematization of experiences which are developed through all their complexity. It is also an opportunity for other academic institutions as an administrative and academic exercise to lead their research processes through what is presented in this book.Throughout the 4 chapters that comprise it, the authors relate or describe the pedagogical, academic and research strategies, such as the experience in the collaborative pedagogical approach, the 1985 technical unit, the importance of disciplinary knowledge in the Teaching Action, teaching processes and accompaniment.
