Nutritional disorders are becoming more and more frequent in the world, in some cases due to food problems such as in underdeveloped countries, where the nutritional paradox is frequent, that is, households with scarce economic resources with a predominance of malnutrition by deficit, especially in children, and by excess in adults; although overweight and obesity are associated with food abundance, it is also a reflection of malnutrition as mentioned above.
