Through the diagnosis of the wheat value chain in the Angamarca Parish, the San Francisco de Tangango Pro-improvements Committee Association has a tool that details an analysis of the critical points of each link, such as: difficulties in accessing markets and high production costs due to the low level of cultivation technology and post-harvest processes. The presence of intermediaries and the difficulty of collecting associatively hinder the ability to access the market with better prices. The objective of this work is to generate added value with the intervention of Public-Private Partnerships as a strategy for local development from a value chain perspective, with the participation of public and private entities and the association of producers, who are provided with tools that generate favorable conditions for the improvement of crop profitability. Marketing through the company Moderna Alimentos S.A. aims to solve the problems of small subsistence farmers.
