The global financial hurdle between rich and poor states illustrates the new form of colonialism and slavery. Today states are dominated by their financial incapacity. In this sense, in the global world, separation into blocks has lost its meaning in the face of financial power. There are no more extreme socialist or capitalist countries. There are no blocs of allies based on political orientation. Today alliances are made through the purchase and/or sale of power. They are relationships between creditors and debtors. They are economic-financial relationships. The world lives under the command of the new pharaoh: the neoliberal god. The logic of the financial obstacle is denounced as one of the factors preventing the economic independence of poor countries.
