About the author










Mingyu Lu is a professor at the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, West Virginia University Institute of Technology, West Virginia, USA. He is a senior member of the IEEE, a member of the IEEE MTT-25 Technical Committee, and the treasurer of the IEEE West Virginia Section. He has published three book chapters, 49 journal papers, and more than 100 conference papers.
