She has arbitrated and mediated a diverse set of complex commercial and employment cases, including cases in the life sciences and healthcare arena such as research and commercialization agreement disputes, IP matters, provider termination, insurance coverage, payor contract  and pharmaceutical company disputes involving false advertising and complex transactional issues.
