The texts that are here are the fruit of hard work of scientific production, which aims to break new ground for analyses on the facts of life through not very conventional legal assumptions. The work began to develop from 2014 onwards, the people present here gathered under the baton of research and extension groups of the then Dom Bosco Higher Education Unit, today Dom Bosco University Centre, evolutions that together provided a huge advance both institutional and personal of each one who writes here. The groups that the authors of the texts were part of discussed issues related to violence in all its manifestations. They did not only discuss apparent violence, i.e. violence seen through the eyes of television cameras. In this sense, they discussed, each in their own way, violence beyond what is seen in the spectacular space. They were able to cast their eyes beyond the theoretical and practical horizon and saw beyond where the eyes reach.
