My first cook book is first on the series of cook books . All recipes are my own from my childhood country Romania and it represents my people from my home country . Is going to be followed by a number of books named second, third and etc. but every next cook book is going to be designated to a specific category of recipes as: meat, fish, pasta, bread, vegetables and more

Born and raised in Barlad, Romania my passion for cooking is growing to the point where I want to prove myself I can achieve something to make everyone benefit from it . Leaving my home country 24 years ago I started exploring the taste of the food, travelled to different parts of the world and after studying at Harvard University Science of Cooking I learned how to use ingredients and create new recipes.Never stop dreaming and believe in your potential of achievement. From UK to USA transition and now getting ready for Italy, the country of pasta and sauces I will never disappoint you my reader and my followers.
