Forest and Steppe Ecosystems in Algeria

The aim of this book is to present a global overview of the main ecosystems that dominate Algeria, using a descriptive and analytical approach that will give learners a complete and integral perception of the different plant formations in all of Algeria's biogeographical territories. It should provide sufficient information to enable a better understanding of the different ecosystems, their importance and the means of conserving and developing them.

About the author

Mohamed Essalah AZZAOUI ha conseguito un dottorato di ricerca in Scienze naturali e della vita. Dal 2016 è professore presso l'Ecole Supérieure d'Agronomie de Mostaganem in Algeria. Nel 2010 ha conseguito la laurea in ingegneria agronomica presso l'Università di Tiaret. Presso la stessa università, nel 2013 ha conseguito il magister in biodiversità vegetale.
