Humans are naturally curious and inquisitive. The thought and desire to simplify life and the desire for knowledge have always been what drove development. New findings, research and innovations are constantly changing life on our planet. At a time when this process is accelerating, the question arises as to what will happen when humanity eventually becomes unable to adapt. These short stories deal with the changes that technologies bring with them and look at them from different points in time and perspectives.

About the author

Teodora Nikolic was born in Serbia in 1996 and has lived in Pforzheim since she was three years old. After completing her training, she began a distance learning course in industrial engineering.
In addition to fantasy, Teodora Nikolic also explores socially critical topics and regularly contributes to the Young Story Award.
She has struggled with emetophobia since her youth.
Writing this story is intended to serve as an outlet to give words to the fear and take away its power. With this book, she hopes to encourage those affected and provide those not affected with a deeper understanding of a silent, often overlooked anxiety disorder.
